2010: A New Me

Welcome to my blog! My name is Ashley and I am a 20-something residing on the east coast. I have decided to start a blog to track my weight loss goals and progress. As like many, one of my New Year's Resolution is to lose weight.

My ultimate goal weight is to be double digits... 99lbs. Just so you know, I am only 4 feet 10 inches. For my height, this goal weight is healthily reasonable.

About six months back I broke my foot and in doing so I let myself gain a good 25 lbs. I am doing my best to lose this weight in a healthy way. I have not been to the gym in probably 4 months. I need to get back and I will.

As you may already know, I do have another blog, "Living on Ashley's Allowance" dedicated to saving money and ridding debt. I hope to link the 2 blogs together in some ways such as giveaways, food coupons, gym membership discounts, etc.

I do hope to post here on this blog daily during the 5 day "work - week". That is my goal for now.
I hope that posting in this blog will help to motivate me and keep me on track.
